“You Are So Well Loved!”

“You Are So Well Loved!”

Yes, I know. Valentine’s Day is over. I hope you found some discount chocolates after the “Big V” day! ?

It’s time to remember some famous words: “Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us.” “For God so loved the world that He gave us His only begotten Son, that whoever believes on Him should not perish  but have everlasting life.”

The Scripture verses could go on and on. There are so many of them. “But Pastor, I don’t really feel very loved right now. You don’t know what all is going wrong in my life!”

I’m sure I don’t know what all is wrong in your life! Why, we could even keep score and compare, but that wouldn’t help matters much, would it?

How can we help? What can we do? I can tell you honestly, there are a bazillion people out there who don’t feel loved and are very, very lonely. Just go sit in a surgery waiting center at a hospital while people wait alone for news of their loved one. It’s sad. Someone should be there for them! Walk through a park and watch the people sitting alone, or an area of the community where you see small pup tents pitched in the middle of winter. It’s very, very lonely for so many.

“I will never leave you nor forsake you,” says Jesus. While many of us know this mentally, we struggle to accept that into our emotional state.  Our feelings get in the way of God’s Promises. When we elevate what God says above the way we feel, we begin to embrace His Truth as fact.

So let us Embrace the facts … I am well loved … I am not alone. Declare it boldly … Shout it out … Tell others!

You are a specially favored, blood-bought, Child of God! If you can’t believe that, maybe you have relationship problems with Jesus.

Confess, Acknowledge, Repent, and Believe in Christ!
